How a Referral Works

2. We Schedule the Evaluation
Our team contacts your patient directly to arrange a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation at a time that works for them.
3. You Receive Our Findings
We report back with our findings and the proposed treatment plan, and coordinate with your office throughout their care.
What We Treat
Patients are commonly referred to us for jaw pain and TMJ disorder, chronic headaches and migraines, facial or ear pain, bruxism and worn dentition, snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, CPAP intolerance, and airway concerns in children. If you are not sure whether a case is appropriate, call the office and we are happy to talk it through.
